When pigs fly: your taste buds will take flight and soar!  These forkless pork wings are savory, flavorful and simple to prepare.  A must have on your menus, especially with your "traditional wings and things."

For the Cajun Glaze:

  1. Melt Butter and combine ingredients for glaze. Set aside and keep warm.

For the "PIg Wings":
  1. Preheat oil to 360F.
  2. Fry Pig Wings® 2-3 minutes.
  3. Toss with glaze while hot out of the fryer.
  4. Allow to stand 2-3 minutes prior to serving.

CHEF’s TIP!

Our cajun glaze is great on traditional chicken wings, whether fried, grilled, baked or roasted.  The glaze also goes great on grill proteins such as chicken, pork and fish, plus potatoes and assorted veggies and sides!
