Lawry's® Wings & Things Sriracha Seasoning Mix is made from red chili peppers, garlic, vinegar, salt, and sugar. The seasoning is hot and tangy with just a hint of sweetness, which sets it apart from your garden variety of wing flavors.

  1. Cook wings fully to an internal temperature of 165ºF. Immediately after cooking, toss wings with 2 tablespoons of seasoning per pound of wings.
  2. For a saucy wing, combine the 2 tablespoons of seasoning with 2 tablespoons of hot water and toss with wings.
