- Remove coconut milk fat. Reserve liquid for later use.
- Whisk together milk fat, sugar and extract. (Note: it will not gain volume, but will stand similar to traditional whipped cream.)
Serve over traditional or vegan desserts, hot chocolate, fresh berries or whatever Chef chooses!
