Chocoholic chefs, rejoice! For those sweet, smooth guest cravings, Loba Miami’s got you covered. A savoury blend of eggs, whipping cream, sugar, dark chocolate, kosher salt and McCormick Culinary Pure Vanilla Extract, this delicious recipe is then topped with chocolate crumbs and fresh bay leaves. Sharing not required.

For the Crema de Chocolate:

  1. Heat cream and add chocolate.
  2. Use immersion blender to blend.
  3. Place and blend sugar, salt and egg into the pot off heat.
  4. Prepare ice bath.
  5. Fill ramekins add to ice bath.
  6. Bake at 300 degrees Fahrenheit for 45 minutes.

For Garnish & Serving:

  1. Top ramekins with chocolate crumbs and bay leaves.
