Bring a taste of France to the menu with this easy to execute seafood dish 

  1. Pat fish dry. Heat oil in a large saucepan on medium-high heat. Set aside on a sheet pan.
  2. Reduce heat to low and add onion; cook and stir 5 minutes. Add tomatoes, olives, wine, and salt-free blend. Simmer, uncovered, 3 minutes.
  3. Spoon sauce over fish. Bake in 375ºF oven 5 minutes, until internal temperature reaches 145ºF. Serve immediately.

CHEF’s TIP!

Any large flake, firm white fish will work for this dish.
