Featuring McCormick® Culinary® Sriracha Seasoning

  1. Method (32 servings): Prepare red beans & rice mix as directed on box.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine chicken, sriracha seasoning, and 2 tablespoons canola oil. Toss to coat evenly. Grill chicken to an internal temperature of 165ºF.
  3. In a sauté pan on high, heat remaining 1 tablespoon oil until shimmering. Add rice then reduce heat to medium-high. Sear until charred. Add lime juice and zest.
  4. Toss with chicken, then garnish with cilantro, carrots, and scallions. Serve.
