Looking for some fantastic, full-flavored fries for your menu?  These umami rich, savory flavors, complimented by the natural sweetness of sweet potatoes, take your taste buds to a whole another taste level when we toss them with Parmesan cheese, Lawry’s Seasoned Salt and McCormick Culinary Rosemary. Offer these sensational sweet potato fries as a side dish or even as an appetizer with the Rosemary Balsamic Ketchup for dipping.

For the Sweet Potato Fries:

  1. Toss sweet potato fries with oil in large bowl, then sprinkle with seasoned salt and rosemary; toss to coat well.
  2. Spread in single layer on foil-lined 15x10x1-inch baking pan sprayed with no stick cooking spray.
  3. Bake as directed on package.

For Garnish and Serving:

  1. Immediately sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and parsley, turning to coat evenly.
  2. Serve with Rosemary Balsamic Ketchup, if desired.

Try our amazing Rosemary Balsamic Ketchup:

1/2 cup Ketchup

1-2 Tablespoons Balsamic Vinegar

1/4 teaspoon McCormick Culinary Rosemary Leaves, crushed

1/8 teaspoon McCormick Culinary Ground Red Pepper

Mix all ingredients in a small bowl until well blended.
