Passionate and proud of Mexican gastronomy, Chef Ricardo was born and raised in the State of Mexico, lived for 14 years in Puebla and currently resides in the vibrant Mexico City. His love for cooking started at an early age, with the support of his aunts and grandmother.
With more than 15 years of experience, Ricardo is part of the McCormick Pesa team where he has been the Corporate Chef since 2018. His focus includes recipe development and culinary partnership with global clients on their flavor solutions product lines. He works closely with R&D throughout the culinary trend ideation process, food preparation method development and provides product knowledge. Ricardo is also a part of McCormick’s Global Culinary Team, where he supports the research and development of McComick’s Flavor Forecast.
