A bold cayenne and mustard based sauce with vinegar, subtle sweetness and a hint of molasses and smoke.

  1. Combine Frank's RedHot® Buffalo Wings Sauce and Cattlemen's® Carolina Tangy Gold™ BBQ Sauce. Warm.
  2. For each serving deep-fry 1 pound wings in 350°F oil until cooked through and crispy, typically 10- 12 minutes. Drain well and toss with 1/3 cup of sauce.

This sauce also goes great with grilled chicken, pork kabobs, and meatballs.


Increase or decrease the heat by adding or decreasing the ratio of Frank’s RedHot.


For a particularly great beef, pork or sausage glaze add a fresh horseradish cream.
