Frank's® RedHot® Original Buffalo Wings Sauce combined with cream cheese, ranch dressing, shredded pepper Jack cheese, roasted cumin and chicken makes a flavorful dip. Serve topped with French's™ Crispy Jalapeños.

  1. Rub chicken with Mojito seasoning and cook until internal temperature reaches 165F . Chop or shred.
  2. Combine Frank’s® RedHot® Original Buffalo Wings Sauce with cream cheese, dressing, cumin and half the Jack cheese.
  3. Mix in chicken, transfer to shallow ½ pan, cover and bake until hot and bubbly.
  4. Lightly cover with remaining cheese and French’s™ Crispy Jalapeños. Return to oven for just a few minutes to melt cheese and toast jalapeños. Garnish with cilantro and serve with chips.


For a spicier version replace some of the cumin with chipotle seasoning.

For individual service, once the pan had baked, mix ingredients and portion into individual crocks or small casserole dishes and refrigerate.

Heat to order then top with cheese and jalapeños and finish in a salamander to melt cheese and crisp jalapeños.
