A simple and unique sauce that is versatile enough to be used as a glaze for ribs, chops, chicken breast, and seafood or as a dip for Asian appetizers and even as a dressing for a refreshing Asian slaw.

  1. Blend Cattlemen's® Kansas City Classic™ BBQ Sauce with soy sauce, honey, pineapple juice and ginger.
  2. For each order toss 12 hot wings with 2/3 cup of sauce and serve with a 1/4 tsp. sesame seeds. Garnish with 3 pineapple wedges.

This glaze is ideal for lightly flavored seafood like rare seared Ahi tuna, shrimp or salmon.
