Home fried potatoes and eggs covered with pico de gallo and Frank's® RedHot® Original Buffalo Wings Sauce. Finish with Cheddar Jack cheese and French's® Crispy Jalapeños.

  1. Cover a small iron skillet with potatoes. Top with eggs.
  2. Combine pico de gallo and Frank’s® RedHot® Original Buffalo Wings Sauce and cover whites of the eggs.
  3. Lightly sprinkle entire skillet with cheese and jalapenos. Bake just long enough to melt cheese and toast French's® Crispy Jalapeños. Garnish with cilantro and a lime wedge.

CHEF’s TIP!

For menu variety the Frank’s® RedHot® Original Buffalo Wings Sauce infused pico de gallo can be replaced by Cattlemen’s® Chipotle BBQ Sauce or Cattlemen’s® Louisiana Hot & Spicy® BBQ Sauce infused pico de gallo or just a good pork or chicken green chili.


Consider replacing the Frank’s® RedHot® Original Buffalo Wings Sauce infused pico with a hearty beef chili that's infused with Frank’s® RedHot® Original Buffalo Wings Sauce or Cattlemen’s® Chipotle BBQ Sauce.


For a unique twist on hash browns or home fried potatoes, toss with French's® Crispy Jalapeños just prior to service.
