The Philly Cheesesteak has never tasted so good. Drizzle the grilled meat and peppers with a generous amount of Buffalo Wing Sauce then cover with provolone and serve on a garlic buttered hoagie roll.

  1. For each sandwich, grill or sauté 4 oz. steak meat. Toss 2 tbsp. sauce into cooked meat and place on heel of heated roll.
  2. Top with 3 oz. warm peppers and onions and 2 slices of cheese.
  3. Place sandwich into hot oven or under broiler to melt cheese, cover with crown of roll.


Drizzle additional sauce over meat and peppers if desired.

Add Italian herbs and garlic to give this sandwich a true Italian accent.
