Juicy pork, smoked Gouda and French’s® Crispy Fried Onions are topped with a blend of cream cheese, chutney and French’s® Spicy Brown Mustard. All grilled on buttery hearty potato bread.

  1. For Creamy Mustard Chutney: Blend cream cheese, chutney and French’s® Spicy Brown Mustard. Hold refrigerated for service. Yields 1-1/2 cups
  2. To Build Sandwich: Lay bread buttered side on grill. Cover each slice with 1½ slices of cheese. Heat pork on grill or in microwave. Toss with 1/4 cup Creamy Mustard Chutney.
  3. Cover one piece of bread and cheese with pork and chutney and top with onion.Cover with remaining piece of bread and cheese and grill until the center is hot, cheese is melted and bread is nicely crispy. Serve.

CHEF’s TIP!

This Panini is nice with shaved pork loin, ham or chicken thigh meat and wild game meats.


This chutney also makes a nice dip or spread for deli sandwiches.


Add tomato or shredded lettuce.
