Recipe Details

A soft, hand-tossed crust topped with French’s™ Tomato Ketchup, chopped grilled burger meat, American and mozzarella cheese, and applewood smoked bacon. Baked and then topped with fresh shredded lettuce, chopped tomatoes and chopped dill pickles. Cut and finished with a decorative drizzle of French’s® Classic Yellow® Mustard.

  1. Preheat oven to 375˚F. Spread crust with French’s™ Tomato Ketchup, leaving a ½" border along the edges.
  2. Top with julienned strips of American cheese and cover with a thin layer of mozzarella cheese. Top with hamburger and bake for 8 to 10 minutes until cheese is melted and crust is crisp.
  3. Garnish with bacon, lettuce, tomato and pickle. Drizzle with thin ribbons of mustard. Cut pizza into 6 wedges and serve.

The American cheese delivers the desired cheeseburger flavor and the mozzarella is used to lightly cover the American cheese so it doesn’t burn.


Use a quality burger meat that has a lean to fat ratio of 80:20 and is well seasoned, char-grilled and not overcooked.
