Recipe Details

Flatbread spread with Cattlemen's® Kansas City Classic™ BBQ Sauce and topped with mozzarella cheese, pulled pork, red onion and baked. Garnished with peanuts and cilantro.

  1. Pre-heat oven to 375°F. Spread Cattlemen's® Kansas City Classic™ BBQ Sauce over crust, leaving a 1/2-inch border. Top with cheese, pork and onions. Bake 8-10 minutes or until cheese is melted and crust is crisp.
  2. Top with peanuts and cilantro. Cut into wedges.
