Hand-tossed pizza spread with a blend of Frank’s® RedHot® Sriracha Chili Sauce and coconut cream, topped with cheese and then covered in crumbled Italian sausage, diced ham, bacon, pineapple and green peppers.

  1. Pre-heat oven to 400˚F.
  2. Combine Frank’s® RedHot® Sriracha Chili Sauce and coconut cream. Spread crust with sauce, leaving a 1/2“ border along the edges. Top with cheese, sausage, ham, bacon, pineapple and green peppers.
  3. Bake for 8 to 9 minutes until cheese is melted and crust is crisp. Cut into wedges and serve.

CHEF’s TIP!

Coconut cream is often stocked at the bar.


If it’s not available, use a thick piña colada mixer.


For a premium presentation, use prosciutto in place of the ham and chicken sausage in place of crumbled sausage.
