Cattlemen's® Smoky Base BBQ Sauce blended with beef pan drippings or a beef braising liquid.
Create a wonderful smoky beef stock by placing a pan of water under the brisket in the smoker.
Reserve some of the fat and reduce the liquid.
You may need to add some beef base, but this should make a wonderful smoky stock to use in this sauce.
This sauce is also wonderful made with Cattlemen’s® Classic, Hot & Spicy or Chipotle BBQ Sauce.
