A simple and unique sauce that is versatile enough to be used as a glaze for ribs, chops, chicken breast, and seafood or as a dip for Asian appetizers and even as a dressing for a refreshing Asian slaw.
This thin glaze is ideal as a dip for Dim Sum or it can be thickened with Asian Plum or Hoisin sauce to create a dip for vegetables of fried appetizers.
Cattlemen's Classic can be replaced with Cattlemen's Honey or Sweet - just replace the honey in the recipe with additional pineapple juice.
Garnish with toasted almonds, sesame seeds or sliced scallions.
