Hoisin mixed with Cattlemen’s® Korean BBQ Sauce.
Toss 1/3 cup with 12 cooked wings.
Use this glaze on grilled chicken, full flavored seafood or even beef & pork chops.
For a thinner basting glaze add rice wine vinegar and/or water.
Add Chinese 5 spice, pickled ginger or Gochujang to spice it up.
When adding a dry spice, hydrate in a little water then allow 12 hours for flavors to combine.
