French's® Dijon mustard is blended with heavy cream, tarragon, beef demi-glace and cognac.
- In a heavy bottom pan, heat cream and simmer until it thickens slightly.Add Dijon and beef demi-glace.
- Remove from heat and add tarragon and cognac.Hold refrigerated for service.
Serve over a grilled pork chop.
