- Preheat convection oven to 225°F (conventional oven 250°F). Beat egg whites until frothy. Add nuts and toss to coat. Add everything seasoning and toss until evenly distributed.
- Spread evenly onto parchment or silmat lined sheet tray and bake for 1 hour, stirring half way between cook time. Cool slightly and break apart.
Once completely cooled toss in crushed bagel chips. Store in airtight container for up to 2 weeks or freeze and keep for up to 3 months.
This ratio of 1 egg white to 3 cups nuts (or anything you desire to coat) can be used with a number of spice blends or blended creations of your own to create numerous different trail mixes and bar snacks! Only limitation is your imagination!
