Mirin 4 tsp Combine Mirin, soy sauce, sugar and sesame seeds over low heat until sugar dissolves. Allow to cool and whisk in sesame oil and oil. Toss together with the coleslaw mix, red cabbage, snow peas and red onion. Garnish with more sesame seeds if desired.

vegetable oil 1/4 cup
coleslaw mix 2 cups
red cabbage, thinly sliced 2 cups
snow peas, julienned 1 cup
red onion, thinly sliced 1/2 cups
