Citrus Mojo Grilled Pork Recipe

 


Tender pork bursting with the vibrant flavors of garlic, spices, citrus, and herbs. Great flavor has never been so easy.

Ingredients Quantities Instructions
Pork Tenderloins, 6oz. 2 pounds For the marinade: Heat the olive oil over a low flame in a small sauce pan. Whisk in the roasted garlic, black pepper, and oregano and turn off heat. Whisk in the orange juice and season with the salt. Cool this Mojo marinade and reserve.

For the pork: Trim the tenderloins removing the silver skin. Combine the pork with 2/3 of the marinade and refrigerate for at least four hours up to 24 hours. Grill until internal temperature reaches 155*F. Drizzle reserved marinade over cooked pork tenderloins. Slice and serve.

sour orange juice or (3/4 cup orange juice + 1/4 cup lime juice) 1 cup
Pepper, Black Table Grind 1 teaspoons
Oregano Leaves, Mediterranean Style 1/4 teaspoons
Sea Salt, Mediterranean Fine Grind 1/4 teaspoons
Olive Oil 2 tablespoons
McCormick Roasted Granulated Garlic 1/2 teaspoons
