Citrus Mojo Grilled Pork Recipe

 


Tender pork bursting with the vibrant flavors of garlic, spices, citrus, and herbs. Great flavor has never been so easy.

Ingredients Quantities Instructions
Pork Tenderloins, 6oz. 2 pounds Mojo Marinade: Combine the marinade ingredients. Reserve 1/3 marinade to drizzle over cooked pork tenderloins. Citrus Mojo Grilled Pork: Combine 2/3 Mojo Marinade (see recipe) with pork tenderloins. Marinate for at least 4 hours, or up to 24 hours. Grill until internal temperature reaches 155°F. Drizzle reserved marinade over cooked pork tenderloins. Slice and serve with Red Skin Garlic Mashed Potatoes (see recipe) and fresh vegetables.

Roasted Garlic Flavored Oil: Place ingredients in a sauce pan and warm oil to about 200°F. Remove from heat and let steep 1 hour. Strain garlic using a kitchen sieve or cheesecloth. Store as you would normally store oils. Use as desired.

sour orange juice (or 3/4 cup orange juice + 1/4 cup lime juice) 1 cup

Oregano Leaves, Mediterranean Style 1 teaspoons
Sea Salt, Mediterranean Fine Grind 1/4 teaspoons
