To prepare Key West Tequila-Lime Chicken Kabobs: Combine Tequila-Lime Marinade with chicken breast cubes. Marinate for at least 2 hours, or up to 12 hours. Thread 2 skewers per serving in the following order: chicken, bell pepper, chicken, lime wheel, chicken, pineapple, chicken, grapefruit wedge. Brush each skewer with vegetable oil and sprinkle with ¼ teaspoon of both seasonings. Grill over medium-high heat for 7 to 10 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F. |
