Roasted Garlic and Herb Chicken Sandwich with Green Olive Tzatziki Recipe

Ingredients Quantities Instructions
4 oz chicken breast, boneless/skinless 4 each Combine chicken with oil, red wine vinegar and seasoning. Allow to marinate for 30 minutes. Combine yogurt with green olives, lemon juice, dill and pepper. Grill chicken over medium high heat until internal temperature of 165F is reached. Place 1 Tbsp. yogurt sauce on each side of toasted Kaiser roll. Place green leaf lettuce on heel of roll, top with 2 tomato slices and 1 oz of sliced cucumbers. Place chicken breast on top of cucumbers then top with crown of Kaiser roll.

Olive oil 2 tsp
Red wine vinegar 1 tbsp
Lawry's Touch of Sea Salt Roasted Garlic Seasoning 1 tbsp
Low fat Greek yogurt 6 tbsp
Lemon juice 2 tsp
Dill Weed 1/4 tsp
Pepper, Black Cracked 1/4 tsp
Kaiser rolls, split and toasted 4 each
Cucumber slices 4 oz
Tomato slices 8 each
Red onion, sliced into rings 1 oz
Green leaf lettuce leaves 4 oz
