vegetable oil	1 cup	Heat ½ cup oil in large stock pot or braising pan. Sauté peppers and onions until tender crisp. Remove from pot. Add remaining oil and sauté chicken until cooked to 165F. Add back onions and peppers, water, tomato paste and seasoning. Mix well to combine. Bring sauce up to a boil and simmer 15-20 minutes before serving.
