Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Place chicken in a medium bowl and coat with oil. Sprinkle with RedHot Seasoning and toss until evenly coated. Cover and refrigerate. Allow to marinate for 1 to 4 hours.
Skewer chicken tenderloins and grill, rotating on each side to create hatch marks, until an internal temperature of 165°F is reached.
