- Place Mango Curry Lime Salt on a small plate. Wet rims of 2 (6-ounce) beverage glasses with lime wedge. Dip rims into salt mixture to lightly coat.
- Place remaining ingredients in blender container; cover. Blend on medium speed until smooth. Pour into beverage glasses.
- Simple Syrup: Microwave 1/2 cup each sugar and water in microwavable measuring cup 1 minute. Stir to dissolve sugar. Cool before using. Makes enough Simple Syrup to prepare 6 cocktails.
