Recipe Details

  1. Preheat oven to 325ºF. Place pork belly into a 2" full hotel pan.
  2. Combine barbecue sauce, maple seasoning, and maple syrup. Pour mixture over pork.
  3. Cover and braise for 2 1/2 hours.
  4. Cool enough to cut and serve with Smokehouse Maple Black-eyes ‘n’ Bacon (refer to McCormick for Chefs recipe).
