Try this vibrant, slightly fruity glaze that's wonderful on any grilled or seared seafood.  It's also a nice dipping sauce for Asian Dim Sum and a perfectly paired flavor partner with our Honey Garlic Seared Tuna Lettuce Wraps.

For the Asian Honey Seafood Glaze:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and fold over to incorporate.
  2. Hold refrigerated for service.

This recipe yields 8-2 Tablespoon servings.

For the pineapple puree, dice pineapple and puree in a blender.

This recipe is also nice with combinations of pineapple, mango or orange juice, even with the creaminess of Thai Kitchen Coconut Milk.
