For the Mustard Seafood Aioli:

  1. In a small bowl hydrate the Grill Mates Seafood Seasoning in the freshly squeezed lemon juice.
  2. Combine with French's Spicy Brown Mustard and mayonnaise.
  3. Hold refrigerated for use.

CHEF’s TIP!

This aioli can also take on Remoulade characteristics with the addition of chopped parsley, capers, dill pickles and anchovy fillets.
