Featuring Stubb’s® Original Legendary Bar-B-Q Sauce.

  1. Preheat grill on medium-high heat. Brush onion slices with olive oil. Grill onions for 3 minutes each side. Remove and let cool. Roughly chop cooled onion.
  2. In a bowl, combine chopped onions, barbecue sauce, vinegar, pepita seeds, and cilantro. Toss well to combine.
  3. Brush asparagus with remaining olive oil. Grill asparagus until lightly charred. Remove to serving dish and top with onion and pepita seed mixture. Finish with black pepper and any remaining olive oil.
