Rice Pilaf dotted with dried fruit, fresh apples, and ribbons of kale in a sweet & savory dressing

  1. Prepare rice as directed on package.
  2. In a blender, combine vinegar, honey, garlic, and 1 tablespoon seasoning blend. Blend to puree. Stream in canola oil until emulsified.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine rice, kale, dried cranberries, and apples. Dress with vinaigrette and season with remaining herb blend. Serve warm.

CHEF’s TIP!

For softer texture, rehydrate cranberries in hot water for 2 minutes. Great option for catering, as this recipe holds well for 24 hours
