- Prepare rice as directed on package.
- In a blender, combine vinegar, honey, garlic, and 1 tablespoon seasoning blend. Blend to puree. Stream in canola oil until emulsified.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine rice, kale, dried cranberries, and apples. Dress with vinaigrette and season with remaining herb blend. Serve warm.
For softer texture, rehydrate cranberries in hot water for 2 minutes. Great option for catering, as this recipe holds well for 24 hours
