Our fresh pineapple glaze gets a fascinating, complex flavor from the addition of Grill Mates Mojito Lime Seasoning and the subtly sweet mustard, vinegar and smoke characteristics of Cattlemen's Carolina Tangy Gold BBQ Sauce.  Originally created for our Tropics Glazed Shrimp Kabobs, this mouthwatering glaze adds amazing flavors to chicken, pork and fish dishes too!

For the Tropics Glaze:

  1. Mix the fresh, pureed pineapple with Grill Mates Mojito Lime Seasoning.
  2. Add Cattlemen's Carolina Tangy Gold BBQ Sauce and stir until well incorporated.
  3. Reserve for use.

CHEF’s TIP!

This glaze is designed to be used as a dip or final dipping sauce. If glaze is to be used as a marinade, the raw pineapple should be cooked so the enzyme Bromelain doesn't digest or break down the delicate shrimp.
