Combine buttermilk and 1/4 cup garlic buffalo hot sauce in a bowl, add chicken tenders and allow to marinade for at least 2 hours or overnight.
Combine flour, cornstarch, panko bread crumbs, and remaining garlic buffalo hot sauce in a medium sized bowl. Remove chicken from marinade and discard liquid.
Dredge each tender in the flour mix, coating well and removing excess flour. Fry at 350°F for 4-5 minutes or until an internal temperature of 165°F is reached and the tenders are golden brown. Hold hot for service.
Garlic Buffalo Waffles
Combine flour, sugar, salt, and baking powder in a bowl and whisk to combine.
In a separate bowl, combine milk, garlic buffalo hot sauce, buttermilk, and eggs. Add wet mixture to dry mixture and stir until well incorporated. Fold in melted butter.
Pre-heat a waffle maker and portion out necessary waffle batter into the center of the waffle maker. Close the lid and cook for 3-4 minutes or until the waffle is cooked and golden brown. Remove and hold warm for service.
Garlic Buffalo Maple Syrup
Place a waffle on the plate and top with 2-3 buffalo chicken tenders then drizzle with garlic buffalo maple syrup.
