Crispy Jalapeño White Pizza | McCormick For Chefs®

Creamy sauce and cheeses mellow the crunchy heat of French's Jalapeños.

Serves 4
1 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/4 cup Garlic, minced
1 tsp McCormick Culinary ® Chipotle Chile Pepper, Crushed
4 each Pizza Crust, 12", par-baked
4 cups Pepper Jack Cheese, shredded
2 cups Queso Fresco , crumbled
8 each Plum Tomatoes, 1/4" sliced
2 cups Frenchs ® Crispy Jalapeños
1/2 cup Cilantro , leaves

Procedure

Prep

In a bowl combine olive oil, garlic, and crushed chipotle pepper. Cover and reserve for service.

Service

Set oven to 400˚F. For each serving, brush entire crust with 1/4 cup spiced oil.
Cover with 1 cup pepper jack cheese, 10-12 tomato sliced, and 1/2 cup queso fresco.
Bake until cheese is melted and crust is crisp.
Cut into wedges, garnish with 1/2 cup crispy jalapeños and 2 tablespoons cilantro. Serve hot.

Chef's Tip!

Additional toppings could include red onion slivers, or charred poblano peppers and corn.
