BBQ'd Greek Yogurt Vinaigrette | McCormick For Chefs®

A refreshing light dressing with a semi-sweet and smoky barbecue flavor.

Ingredients

Serves 1 quart
1 1/2 cups Cattlemens Chipotle BBQ Sauce
1 cup Canola Oil
1/2 cup Greek Yogurt, plain
1/2 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
1/2 cup Honey

Procedure

In a bowl combine Chipotle BBQ, oil, yogurt, vinegar, and honey. Whisk until well mixed. Hold refrigerated for service.

Chef's Tip!

Use on charred vegetables, or smoked meats. Also works well as a marinade.
