Hot Korean BBQ Aioli | McCormick For Chefs®

A blend of mayonnaise and the flavors of tomato, ginger, soy and hot cayenne pepper in Cattlemen's Korean BBQ.

Ingredients

Serves 1 quart
2 cups Cattlemens Kickin Korean BBQ Sauce
2 cups Mayonnaise
1/4 cup Cilantro, chopped

Procedure

In a bowl, combine Cattlemen's and mayonnaise. Mix well and hold refrigerated.
At service fold in cilantro.

Chef's Tip!

This sauce is thick enough to be used as a dip and spread for chicken, pork and seafood.
