- In a sauce pot, over low heat melt peanut butter until smooth.
- Add in sweet chili, coconut milk and sriracha. Whisk until well combined. Remove from heat and hold refrigerated for service.
Chef's Tip!
Use it as a dipping sauce for dim sum or glaze for sate. Also can be a great dressing for noodle bowls.
