A platter of crispy French fries covered with shredded smoked beef that’s doused in Cattlemen’s® Memphis Sweet BBQ™ Sauce, melted Wisconsin cheese curds then topped with a fried egg and a sprinkling of scallions.

  1. Fry the French fries to crisp, golden brown. Plate the fries.
  2. Combine the beef with Cattlemen's® Memphis Sweet® BBQ Sauce and heat. Sprinkle over fries.
  3. Slice the cheese curds in half, top the fries and melt in a hot oven or cheese melter.
  4. Top with egg and scallions.
