A platter of crispy French fries covered with shredded smoked beef that’s doused in Cattlemen’s® Memphis Sweet BBQ™ Sauce, melted fresh cheese curds and a fried egg.

Prep

  1. In a sauce pot combine the beef with Memphis Sweet BBQ. Cook, stirring, until heated through. Hold hot for service or cool completely and reheat for service.

Service

  1. Set deep fryer 375°F. For each serving, fry 8 ounces french fries to crisp, golden brown. Drain and place in desired serving dish.
  2. Place top hot fries with 1/2 cup of cheese curds and cover with 1/2 cup sauced brisket.
  3. Finish with fried egg and 1 teaspoon scallions. Serve hot.

CHEF’s TIP!

This Poutine is an all day shareable item. Consider using pulled pork or chicken as an alternative to brisket.
