Frank's® RedHot® Original Buffalo Wings Sauce tossed with cooked, diced chicken breasts layered between 2 flour tortilla with shredded Mozzarella, Blue cheese crumbles and sautéed red and green peppers.
- Combine chicken and Frank's® RedHot Buffalo Wings Sauce in a bowl; toss to blend.
- For one serving: In a lightly oiled large skillet or griddle over medium heat, place 1 tortilla. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup mozzarella, 1 tablespoon blue cheese, 1/4 cup peppers, and 1/2 cup chicken. Top with another tortilla and cook until golden on both sides and cheese has melted.
- Cut into wedges and serve warm.
To clearly define the "Buffalo Experience' consider adding diced celery or even replace the peppers with celery.
