Frank's® RedHot® Original Buffalo Wings Sauce tossed with cooked, diced chicken breasts layered between 2 flour tortilla with shredded Mozzarella, Blue cheese crumbles and sautéed red and green peppers.

  1. Combine chicken and Frank's® RedHot Buffalo Wings Sauce in a bowl; toss to blend.
  2. For one serving: In a lightly oiled large skillet or griddle over medium heat, place 1 tortilla. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup mozzarella, 1 tablespoon blue cheese, 1/4 cup peppers, and 1/2 cup chicken. Top with another tortilla and cook until golden on both sides and cheese has melted.
  3. Cut into wedges and serve warm.

CHEF’s TIP!

To clearly define the "Buffalo Experience' consider adding diced celery or even replace the peppers with celery.
