A Southwestern twist on a popular dip, featuring the fresh flavors of Cholula® Chile Garlic Hot Sauce.
- In a food processor combine black beans, Cholula®, the first amount of olive oil, water, lime juice, and salt. Process until smooth. Adjust consistency with water if necessary.
- For each serving, plate 3/4 cup of Black Bean "Hummus" as desired. Garnish with 1/2 teaspoon each olive oil and cilantro. Serve room temperature alongside desired accompaniments.
This hummus also works as a great condiment for sandwiches and wraps.
