Frank's RedHot® Stingin' Honey Garlic™ Sauce blended with fresh pineapple puree and tossed with wings.
- Cut pineapple into spears. Grill over high heat. Cut into chunks. Set aside.
- In a medium sauce pan at medium heat, melt butter. Add red onion, red bell pepper, and Frank's RedHot® Stingin' Honey Garlic™ Sauce
- Cook wings fully to an internal temperature of 165ºF. Immediately after cooking, add pineapple chunks and toss wings with 3/4 cups of sauce per pound of wings
- Serve hot with additional Stingin' Honey Garlic™ Sauce on the side as an option for dipping.
For simplified prep, replace fresh pineapple and sugar with canned crushed pineapple in water or light syrup.
This glaze is also nice with the addition of a splash of Thai Kitchen Coconut Milk.
For a spicier or medium wing, add up to ½ cup Frank’s RedHot® Original.
