Set oven to 275°F. In a bowl, combine nuts, crackers, and raisins. Drizzle with oil and toss until ingredients are evenly coated. Sprinkle with Za'atar, salt, and pepper. Mix until seasonings are evenly distributed.
Spread nut mixture in a single layer over a parchment lined sheet tray. Bake until nuts are golden and fragrant, about 15 minutes.
Cool completely and store in an airtight container until service.
