A refreshingly light margarita made with McCormick® Culinary Coconut and Mint Extract.

Service

  1. In a shaker, muddle 1 sprig mint. Top with ice and add 2 oz each lime juice, tequila, and agave, 1/2 teaspoon coconut extract, and 1/8 teaspoon mint extract. Shake for 30 seconds.
  2. Fill margarita glass with ice. Strain drink into glass.

CHEF’s TIP!

Pour drink into a coconut and top with a cork for a fanciful "to-go" option.
