In a shaker, muddle 1 sprig mint. Top with ice and add 2 oz each lime juice, tequila, and agave, 1/2 teaspoon coconut extract, and 1/8 teaspoon mint extract. Shake for 30 seconds.
Fill margarita glass with ice. Strain drink into glass.
