- In a container, combine kombucha and seasoning. Infuse refrigerated overnight.
- Strain, and hold refrigerated for service.
- Fill cocktail shaker with ice, 4 ounces kombucha, 1/2 teaspoon simple syrup, 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice, and shake vigorously for 30 seconds.
- Strain into a chilled glass, and serve immediately.
