Kombucha infused with warm spices and a hint of heat.

Infused Kombucha

  1. In a container, combine kombucha and seasoning. Infuse refrigerated overnight.
  2. Strain, and hold refrigerated for service.

Service

  1. Fill cocktail shaker with ice, 4 ounces kombucha, 1/2 teaspoon simple syrup, 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice, and shake vigorously for 30 seconds.
  2. Strain into a chilled glass, and serve immediately.

Add beet juice for a more savory drink experience.
