Everything Bagel Seasoning Sprinkled over pumpernickel toast with avocado.

Serves 4
4 slices Pumpernickel Bread (sub marbled rye)
4 tbsps Butter, softened
2 each Avocado, ripe, sliced
2 tsp McCormick Culinary ® Everything Bagel Seasoning

Procedure

Service

For each serving, toast 1 slice of pumpernickel bread until golden brown. Spread 1 tablespoon softened butter evenly on one side.
Spread half of one sliced avocado on the buttered side of the bread. Sprinkle with 1/2 teaspoon of everything bagel seasoning.

Chef's Tip!

Top with a poached egg to add some protein and extra flavor!
