A spicy blend of Dijon and Parmesan with a creamy aioli makes the perfect spread for this grilled chicken wrap with lettuce, tomato and Swiss cheese.
Roasted Garlic Dijon Aioli
- In a food processor combine mustard, mayonnaise, garlic, parmesan, and lemon pepper. Blend until well mixed. Hold refrigerated for service.
- For each serving, spread 2 tablespoons of dijon aioli down the middle of tortilla. Top with 3/4 cup shredded lettuce, 4 slices of tomato, 2 slices swiss cheese, and 4 ounces diced chicken.
- Roll tortilla from bottom, fold in sides and roll tightly. Serve cold with additional Roasted Garlic Dijon Aioli.
For easier wrapping warm tortilla slightly prior to making wrap.
