A spicy blend of Dijon and Parmesan with a creamy aioli makes the perfect spread for this grilled chicken wrap with lettuce, tomato and Swiss cheese. Ingredients Servings 4 8 24 48 80 100 Roasted Garlic Dijon Aioli | Serves 4 1/4 cup Frenchs ® Dijon Mustard 1/4 cup Mayonnaise 2 tsps Garlic, roasted 1 tsp Parmesan Cheese, grated 1/2 tsp Lawrys ® Lemon Pepper Seasoning Chicken Wrap | Serves 4 4 each Flour Tortillas, 12" 1/2 cup Roasted Garlic Aioli 3 cups Romaine Lettuce, shredded 16 slices Plum Tomato 8 slices Swiss Cheese 1 pound Chicken Breast, roasted, 1" dice Procedure Roasted Garlic Dijon Aioli In a food processor combine mustard, mayonnaise, garlic, parmesan, and lemon pepper. Blend until well mixed. Hold refrigerated for service.
Service For each serving, spread 2 tablespoons of dijon aioli down the middle of tortilla. Top with 3/4 cup shredded lettuce, 4 slices of tomato, 2 slices swiss cheese, and 4 ounces diced chicken.
Roll tortilla from bottom, fold in sides and roll tightly. Serve cold with additional Roasted Garlic Dijon Aioli. CHEF’s TIP!
