Grilled chicken sandwich with a flavorful Asian style sweet chili slaw.
Ingredients Servings 4 8 24 48 80 100 Sweet Chili Slaw | Serves 4 1/4 cup Mayonnaise 1 tbsp Franks ® Sweet Chili Sauce 1 1/2 tsps Orange Juice 1 cup Napa Cabbage, shredded 1/2 cup Red Cabbage, shredded 1/2 cup Carrots, shredded Grilled Chicken Sandwich | Serves 4 4 each Chicken Breast, boneless/skinless, 5 oz portions 1 tbsp Vegetable Oil 1 tsp Salt 1/2 tsp McCormick Culinary ® Black Pepper, Shaker Grind 4 each Kaiser Rolls, split 1 cup Sweet Chili Slaw 8 slices Tomato 4 leaves Red Leaf Lettuce Procedure Sweet Chili Slaw In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and orange juice until well mixed.
Fold in shredded cabbages and carrots. Hold refrigerated until service.
Service Set grill to medium high. For each serving, rub one portion of chicken breasts with 1 teaspoon of oil and season with 1/4 teaspoon of salt and 1/8 teaspoon of pepper.
Grill until an internal temperature of 165°F is reached. Remove from grill.
Toast Kaiser roll on grill. Place chicken on base of roll. Top with 1/4 cup of Sweet Chili Slaw.
Finish with lettuce, tomato, and crown of the roll. Serve hot with extra slaw on side. CHEF’s TIP!
